Subject of the Subscription
The subscription provides access to digital content (e.g. analytical reports, publications, market analyses) made available via the RAYDO GmbH website.
All content is provided for informational and analytical purposes only.
Access to Content
Access to subscribed content is provided:
- via a restricted user area, or
- through another access method determined by RAYDO GmbH.
Access is personal and non-transferable.
Term and Termination
The subscription term is defined at the time of purchase.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the subscription expires automatically at the end of the agreed term.
There is no entitlement to renewal.
Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal
The subscription includes access to digital content.
By subscribing, the user expressly acknowledges that:
- access to digital content may begin immediately, and
- the right of withdrawal is waived once access or download has started, where legally permitted.
Availability and Changes
RAYDO GmbH makes reasonable efforts to ensure content availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
RAYDO GmbH reserves the right to update, modify, or replace content, provided the overall nature of the subscription remains unchanged.
No Guarantee of Results
The subscription does not guarantee any specific financial, economic, or other outcomes.
Liability
Liability for damages arising from the use of digital content is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Legal note
In case of discrepancies, the German version shall prevail.
